STYLING

I have styled bridal photoshoots and weddings for the last six years and have been fortunate to work that highlights incredible people, products, and services.

WEDDING: MARTY+ALEX 2022

I worked with Marty and Alex to style just about every element of their incredible Boston Public Library wedding. From assisting Alex select the engagement ring, to designing and making Marty’s dress, to fluffing her train day-of, I was there for all of it to lend a helping eye. Literary elements to pay homage to the venue such as bookmark place cards, a cake inspired by the rough gilded edges of antique books, and table cards with illustrations based upon the couple’s favorite books, were key pieces.

ROSE+WILLIAMS MINI-SHOOT 2020

This mini-shoot took place on two weeks notice and worked to augment the 2020 collection photoshoot and give me more posting options. I worked with local women who I felt represented the women who purchase our gowns, one model was in fact a former bride of ours. Working with two bold accessories and one impactful bouquet, I was able to create a quick industrial-boho shoot that could be used by salons that carried the gowns, the accessory designer, the florist, and the venue.

ROSE+WILLIAMS 2019 COLLECTION

As social media manager at Tara LaTour I worked with the head designer to create an aesthetic that fit the brand, included accessories so that we could cross-market with related brands, and would perform well with current Instagram trends. This shoot was for the inaugural collection of Rose+Williams, we went with a clean, white look with baby’s breath and accessories from another local brand that sells in the same stores as many of the gowns used.

ROSE+WILLIAMS 2020 COLLECTION

For the second Rose+Williams collection, we opted for a darker space and more colorful gowns. I strongly advocated for the use of a plus size model, as well as striving for more diversity in the look and race of the models. In multiple shots, I had the same gown on a plus- and straight-sized model to emphasize that the brand valued inclusivity.
